The Special Day
Summer in the vineyards of Western Colorado is a beautiful place to be. Throw in a wedding for two incredible people, and you have the making of a truly remarkable day. When we first met Chris and Emily, we were immediately taken aback by their infectious energies, free spirits, and genuine excitement to be marrying one another.

As two people living outside of the Grand Valley, Chris and Emily have enjoyed vacationing to the Western Slope over the years for the many local vineyards, wineries, and mild climate that it offers.

Photography brilliantly captured by Elizabeth Wells Photography,. Emily and Chris got married on the most gorgeous June afternoon at Canyon Wind Cellars in Palisade, Colorado. (Now Colterris Winery) The theme for the nuptials was intimate, elegant bohemian with attention to every detail. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the happy couple tied the knot with the majestic Bookcliff Mountains and vineyards as their backdrop.

Bohemian lounge areas provided an elegant, yet relaxed ambiance for guests to enjoy during the duration of the special day. I mean- who doesn’t want to lounge late into the evening sipping on good whiskey and listening to live blue grass music?! Masterfully crafted florals by Bride and Bloom Design added the perfect bohemian touches to the overall flow of the day.

Bin 707 Foodbar focuses on sourcing local, Colorado, and domestic ingredients. They executed a flawless dinner service with careful attention to presentation and a one-of-a-kind experience. Celebrating two people with impeccable food, great company, and a vineyard. Does it get any better?
Entertainment
In the grass of the vineyards, first dances, Edison string lights and live blue grass music set the tone for the evening. While laughter and happy tears were in abundance, the love that poured out of the day was undeniable.
