Just a few of the words that come to mind when looking back at Cathryn and Ken’s Palisade wedding.
The summer of 2015 blessed us with many beautiful events, but Cathryn and Ken’s wedding in Palisade is one that truly filled our hearts. From the moment we first met Cathryn and Ken, we were immediately struck by their shared infectious energy and undeniable excitement for their upcoming nuptials. Making it even more special, the couple, now living in New York, wanted Colorado to be the backdrop for their special day. They wanted to share with their guests the local charm and beauty of Western Colorado. And with peaches being in peak season, they couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time of the year.
Amy’s Courtyard in Palisade was the perfect setting for such a memorable wedding. Set beneath the picturesque Mount Garfield, a local band played blue grass music while guests arrived, enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, and sipped on local wine. Heartfelt toasts and first dances took place on the grass of the winery. The overflowing sense of love being shared with all in attendance was impossible to ignore.
