Q:  How long can I keep the rentals?

A:  A typical rental is 48 hours, meaning pick up your items the day before your event and return the day after. Contact us if you’d like to rent for a longer period of time.

Q: Why do you take a security deposit?

A: The pieces in our collection are vintage- meaning they are old and one-of-a-kind.  They aren’t pieces we can go out and easily buy another.  The security deposit is taken as just having a card on file.

Q: I can return the rentals, but would you be able to deliver to my event?

A: Yes, we can deliver one way, two ways, or you can be completely responsible for the pick-up and delivery.

Q: How far do you travel outside of Grand Junction?

A: We are available to travel most anywhere in Colorado.  If it is further than that, transporting pieces might get a bit tricky.  Contact us with your specific requests.

Q: My event is outside of Western Colorado.  Are you willing to ship rental items?

A: Yes, we do ship based on availability.  Please contact us for an exact quote.

Q: I have a vintage piece I’d like to sell.  Are you buying?

A: Awesome! We do love vintage and we are always looking to update and expand our collection.  Send us an email with pictures and the details.  If it is something we may be interested in, we will definitely let you know.

Q: What if you don’t have the piece I’m looking for?

A:  No worries.  Let us know what you have in mind.  We LOVE a good treasure hunt! We will tap into our various resources, so there is a good chance we can find what you are looking for.  And the best part, those pieces most often will be the new additions to our collection.

Q: How far in advance should we reserve our items?

A: All of our items are one-of-a-kind, so if your heart is set on a certain piece, reserve it as soon as possible so that you can guarantee it will be available for your date.

Q: Do you require a minimum amount for rentals?

A: Yes, we require a $40 rental minimum and at least a $100 minimum for delivery.

Q: I have a small budget for my wedding.  Can you help me?

A: Of course! We work with small budgets all the time.  That is part of the beauty in renting.  Contact us so that we can help you work within your budget.

Q: Can you custom make an item for my special day?

A: We are glad you asked.  In addition to vintage rentals and event design, Stonewood Vintage can create custom décor and furniture; we can assist with custom requests you may have including (but not limited to) barn board signs, custom frames, and farmhouse style tables and furniture.  Contact us with your special request.
